With the new YaDig iPhone App, you’re just one tap away from your favorite places. The new ‘Favorites’ functionality allows you to add any place to your favorites list with just a tap on your screen. You have single click access to your ‘Favorites’ list right from the home menu screen of the app.

The app’s home menu screen contains a star-shaped ‘favorites’ icon. Tapping on the icon opens a list of categories in which your favorite places fall. For instance, if you have added a bar in your favorites list, it will automatically be placed in the ‘Bars’ category in your ‘Favorites’ list.

Tapping on a particular category opens a list comprising all the places belonging to that particular category that you have added to your favorites list. For instance, if you select the ‘Bar’ category, the app will open a list of all bars that you have added to your ‘Favorites’ list. Clicking on a certain venue in the list will open the venue’s business profile where you can learn in detail about that particular business.

The app allows you to add as many places as you want to your ‘Favorites’ list. Once on a business page of a particular place, simply click on the ‘Add to Favorites’ button and the place will be added to your ‘Favorites’ list which you can access from the home menu screen in just one tap.

Arabian Business, the Middle East’s best selling weekly business magazine, covered the news about the imminent launch of the apps in addition to informing its huge reader base that YaDig is also eyeing expansion in its services.
